1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register on arenaliveph, you must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations and be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino-style entertainment is legally permitted. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed and verified. 4. Promotions and Bonus Terms

General bonus principles apply across all promotions: bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only, wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash, and arenaliveph reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of promotional systems — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of pricing errors to generate artificial bonus turnover — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may lead to account suspension. 6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Inactivity

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after outstanding wagering requirements are settled. arenaliveph will retain transaction records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the arenaliveph platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, data feeds, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of arenaliveph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written consent of arenaliveph. Unauthorised commercial use of platform content, including odds data and market information, is strictly prohibited. 8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify arenaliveph against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the platform.

9. Amendments to These Terms

arenaliveph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated terms on this page and indicate the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
